Based in Chesterfield, Mum and Son perfect combo - Sam and Adam are a professional and friendly family business, dedicated to creating unforgettable weddings & events for a wide range of clients.
Established in 2022, we have a vision. With our eye for detail, craft and re-use-recycle passion and background of Project Management skills, we like to make your event, no matter what it is, extra special, quaint and cost-effective as our hire items are mostly handmade, upcycled and reused and are unique in their own way. We work in partnership with many charities including Ashgate Hospice to ensure that patients with critical illnesses have their special day planned and organised for them taking away the worry of budget and stress organising.

"Sam kept in touch all way through planning our wedding, she didn't want a big deposit up front and gives u time to pay rest of payment, got in touch with our venue so I didn't have to be the in-between which was great, once colours and details was decided Sam would give me a courtesy message to make sure everything was still ok. "I found Phoenix Wedding and Event hire on Facebook, and wow I'm so glad, Sam is an amazing woman, we met up to go through stuff to make sure we had everything, once we booked Sam she kept in touch to check we was okay and everything was going to plan, my photographer cancelled week before our wedding Sam again sorted us one out, the day of our wedding Sam did an amazing job decorating even provided 2 pillars with blossom trees in for nothing to use for future promotions, the rooms looked amazing and so cheaply priced, Sam also stayed came up to my room helping get my bridesmaids and myself dressed, when my nerves started Sam really calmed me down, such an amazing woman, prices was incredible not expensive for what she did, highly recommended, Sam will be a friend for life now."
